These Terms of Use govern your use of jobsjunction.co.za (“the site”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What JobsJunction does
JobsJunction is a job listing service. We aggregate job vacancies published by employers and recruitment agencies and present them in one place. We are not a recruitment agency, we are not the employer for any listing, and we do not handle applications, interviews or hiring decisions.
2. Applying for jobs
When you apply for a job, you are taken to the employer’s or agency’s own website. Any agreement you enter into is between you and that employer. We are not a party to it and accept no responsibility for it.
3. Accuracy of listings
Job listings are supplied by third parties. While we remove expired listings automatically and investigate reports quickly, we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or still open. Always confirm details with the employer before relying on them.
4. Scam warning
Legitimate employers never charge fees to apply for or accept a job. If any listing or contact asks you for payment, banking details or identity documents before an interview, do not comply and report it to us via the contact page.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, copy or republish the site’s content at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for unlawful purposes. Job listings remain the property of the employers who published them.
6. Intellectual property
Original content on this site – including articles, guides and news analysis – belongs to JobsJunction and may not be reproduced without permission. You may share links freely.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsJunction is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any job listing, application or employment outcome.
8. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
