About the Role We are seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeler to develop detailed 3D structural models for commercial, multi-unit residential, and mixed-use projects. You will build and maintain accurate Revit models using structural and architectural CAD files, coordinate frequent revisions, identify conflicts, and work closely with an in-house Project Manager. This role requires someone who can independently analyze plans, resolve modeling issues, and produce clean, organized work.
