We currently have an exciting position available for Labour Law Litigator , to be working within our Cape Town branch. You are responsible for Inclusive of, but not limited to: Attending to all client matters and all phases of Labour Law Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) matters/cases from the investigation, discovery, assessment phase through the pre-arbitration, conciliation, settlement, mediation, and arbitration processes.
