An intimate, five-star luxury retreat on the slopes of Table Mountain is seeking a polished and well-spoken JUNIOR SOUS CHEF to join their farm-to-table kitchen team. You will work within a close-knit brigade of four chefs and step in to run the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. The kitchen is open plan, so this role suits a composed, articulate chef who is as comfortable talking to guests as they are on the pass.
