Duties: Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare Estimates, Cost Plans, Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedule of Rates Must be able to do measurements on civil work (Digs, Trenching etc.) Preparing preliminary estimates for conceptual projects Assisting with tender documents Assist with determining key variables for cost and other estimates Assist with gathering first information from sites Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, and production times etc.…
